“The working group on night flights [in Lisbon] has already concluded and I can announce here that we are going to implement a ‘hard curfew’ that will prevent flights between 01:00 and 05:00 in the morning”, said the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz.
The government official, who responded to deputy Isabel Mendes Dias, from Livre, considered that this was “a gigantic step” in relation to what is currently happening.
Miguel Pinto Luz recalled the criticisms of municipalities, mayors and citizens in relation to the noise caused by the circulation of planes, as well as in relation to pollution, and reiterated the Government's objective.
Question.
I'm flying in on a plane due to land at 0:45. We are half an hour behind because of hadwinds, now due in at 1:15.
What happens to my flight?

It's likely that would be calculated and the flight cancelled before taking off. That has happened to me (although not due to winds) with
delayed flights due to take off late.
These operating hours are not new, it's just the hard stop that is, there used to be a bit of leeway.
