José Carlos Rolo issued an order stating that in the municipality of Albufeira the opening hours that were already in force will be maintained, despite the change from the a situation of alert to contingency, which involves tighter preventive measures. The Resolution of the Council of Ministers last Thursday regarding contingency measures gave mayors the responsibility of defining the closing times of commercial establishments, in the window between 20h00 and 23h00.
