Organised for the past six years by Green Destinations and partners with the aim to showcase sustainability good practices of emerging and established destinations, Portugal has been awarded with the highest number of destinations alongside the Netherlands. Destinations across Portugal were singled out for their good practices, with Lagos being chosen as the Algarve’s most sustainable destination.
