The owner of the goat alerted the GNR who arrived at the scene and then tracked down the suspect on his motorcycle, who was transporting the goat in Prado, in the municipality of Vila Verde.

Not only did the man in question commit theft but he also did not possess a driving license to drive motor vehicles.

The suspect was arrested by GNR for the crimes of theft and driving without a legal license and they also seized the goat who was then returned to its rightful owner.
