The Guardia Urbana de Cornellá, in Catalonia, Spain, arrested a man last Friday night, who was traveling at 118 kilometres per hour on a modified scooter, more than five times the legal speed limit for these vehicles (25 km/h), when he ran a red light, without a helmet, with the lights off and without a license to drive.
Among other things, the man - who was wearing a bulletproof vest - was in possession of 155 doses of hashish, two bottles of poppers, a razor, and unapproved pepper spray.
Undergoing a drug screening test, he tested positive for THC, opiates, cocaine, heroin, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines.
The Cornellá municipality explains, quoted by the Spanish daily ABC, that all the material was seized by the police along with the scooter, and the man is accused of crimes against road safety, public health, and drug trafficking.
