The island of Porto Santo will remain under orange warning until 6pm on Monday.

According to the most recent report from the Regional Civil Protection Service, at 8pm on Saturday three fires were active, mobilizing a total of 197 operatives, in the municipalities of Calheta, in the control phase and Ribeira Brava and Câmara de Lobos, where the situation was more complex, although it did not threaten homes.
