The European Commission has signed a deal with the Irish media regulator Coimisiún na Meán to help enforce the new European Digital Services Act (DSA) that requires big tech companies to do more to police illegal and harmful content on their platforms. According to RTE Ireland will play a leading role because so many tech giant´s headquarters are located in Ireland.
