In a publication released at 9:45 pm on 5 March, the Lisbon Metro announced that circulation was now back to normal on the social network X.

At 9:15 pm, the company reported that circulation on the Red line was interrupted due to a “signaling malfunction”.

The Lisbon Metropolitan operates daily with four lines: Yellow (Rato-Odivelas), Green (Telheiras-Cais do Sodré), Blue (Reboleira-Santa Apolónia), and Red (Airport-São Sebastião).

Normally, the metro runs between 06:30 am and 01:00 am.
