For Coimbra (Beira Litoral region), the forecasts are for pollens from cypresses, plane trees, pine trees, oaks, cork oaks, and holm oaks, and there are also grains in the air from grassy herbs, sorrel, and nettles.
In Castelo Branco (Beira Interior region), the concentration will be related to cypresses, pines, oaks, cork oaks, and holm oaks, and also to grassy herbs, sorrel, plantain, and nettles.
In the Lisbon and Setúbal region, the concentration of pollen in the atmosphere will also be at a high level, with a predominance of pollen grains from plane trees, pine trees, oaks, cork oaks, and holm oaks and grains from grasses, sorrel, plantain, and nettles.
