Did you feel the earthquake this morning? The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) wants to map the extent of the effects of the earthquake and asks the population to take part in a survey.

The IPMA asks that you "answer as completely as possible" and that you only take into account "your own experience and not the experience of other people", and may make "specific and general comments".
The macroseismic questionnaire is available in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French here.
