"Based on the information already gathered, the annual rate of change in the Consumer Price Index (IPC) will have increased to 2.3% in October 2024, a rate 0.2 percentage points higher than that observed in the previous month", indicates the INE.

The underlying inflation indicator, which excludes products with more volatile prices, such as food and energy, "registered a variation of 2.6%" in October, which compares with 2.8% in the previous month.
