“I’m Not a Robot” and “Wander to Wonder”, two short films by Dutch directors Victoria Warmerdam and Nina Gantz have been nominated for this year’s Oscars.

Warmerdam’s film is nominated for the best live action film, while Gantz’s is up for best animated short, marking the first Dutch film recognition since 2015.
The last Dutch winner was in 2000 when Michael Dudok de Wit the Oscar for the animated short "Father and Daughter".
