I love Portugal, but this is a manipulation. Go to passport index and click on "individual" rank. Surprise - it's 18th. In any case, this is a good position. Why do you try to manipulate people?

How is this 4th (or 18th) classification important if you do need visa for visiting countries like China, Russia or the USA?
As well as their citizens are requested a visa?!

If you have 1 million euros you can buy a passport anywhere!
PASSPORTS = NATIONALISM = MONEY = POOR PEOPLE.
If we had sense, we'd ask who came last and why?
But we're big heads - so look at Me!

What will happen with the rank of passport? This is quite crucial as the agencies of SEF are not doing their job very well inside Portugal to issue a date for the renewal of the resident card.
The rest is yours, what you think.
