To access these venues, it is necessary to present a negative test for Covid-19, either a PCR performed less than 72 hours ago, a rapid test with less than 48 hours or self-test performed at the entrance.
According to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 6 January, bars and clubs that have been closed since 25 December are allowed to open on Fridays from 10 pm.
To enter these spaces, customers must present a negative test for Covid-19, with the exception of those who “demonstrate having been vaccinated for at least 14 days with a booster dose” against the disease or who have a certificate of recovery.
In the same Council of Ministers on January 6, the Government decided to maintain the ban on the consumption of alcoholic beverages on public roads, with the exception of “open terraces of restaurants and similar establishments duly licensed for this purpose”.
So those who can present a vax certificate are free to spread the virus to those who have provided a negative test. What a complete farce! If you cannot see the lack of logic in these regulations then you deserve to live in the dystopian future that lies ahead due to your own ignorance!

Too right SS.
These are regulations for the sake of regulating, and the motives are sinister.
It seems people are content with trading their freedom for the illusion of safety.

My belief is that science has taken advantage of the situation. Collecting data to map the long term course of a pandemic as it weakens to an endemic infection. And our governments are falling for it!
