Lisbon: Temperatures are to reach average
highs of 27 degrees in the capital over the weekend when there will be a
mixture of sunshine and intermittent cloud cover. A small dip in
temperature is expected on Monday before rising again by Wednesday up to highs
of 30 degrees with lows of 16 degrees.
The north: High
temperatures are returning over the weekend with thermometers peaking at highs
of 32 degrees on Sunday. A slight chance of rain is forecast for Monday
but this is to clear by Tuesday when temperatures are to rise again up to highs
of 33 degrees, although a northerly wind will keep it cooler.
The centre: A very hot
weekend is predicted with highs of 34 degrees and lows of 17 degrees
expected. Temperatures are to fall slightly on Monday to highs of 32
degrees, before rising again on Tuesday back up to 34 degrees with intermittent
sunshine and cloud expected every day of the week.
The south: It will be
feeling hot in the south over the weekend with temperatures to peak at highs of
31 degrees and drop to nightly lows of 20 degrees. Intermittent sunshine and
cloud cover is expected each day and temperatures are to remain stable and
summer like throughout the rest of the week.
Madeira: There will be a chance of rain on
Saturday although it will remain mild with highs of 25 degrees and lows pf 19
degrees. From Sunday the chance of rain is to drop significantly and the
weather is to remain with highs of 24 degrees and lows of 19 degrees for the
rest of the week.
The Azores: Heavier
cloud cover and a chance of rain are predicted for Saturday but by Sunday the
clouds are to have cleared slightly and temperatures are to reach highs of 23
degrees with lows of 17 degrees. The rest of the week is to remain mild and
mainly bright
