“The building was designed as a high-impact project, the outcome brings us, a building conception designed to address the environmental challenges that we’ve been facing lately, so our main approach was to reduce its energy needs to the fullest, so we have a building thermos-insulated by Capoto which aims to reach the highest advanced technique on thermo-insulation, double glazed windows with thermal break (Reynaers) along with a solar film in order to achieve the best thermal insulation results. Hot waters will be heated through solar panels.”

The building consists of 14 apartments, 13 two-bedroom apartments, and one studio with a backyard equipped with Jacuzzi.

Completion is scheduled for May/June 2023, when sales are expected to begin.”
