In a statement, the Metropolitan Command of the PSP in Lisbon explained that this operation followed another carried out in December, which then led to the arrest of seven people for the same type of crime.
According to the PSP, some of the detainees have a history of committing this same crime.
The vehicles used to carry out the offenses were “cautiously seized” in order to prevent the perpetrators from repeating the conduct, says the PSP.
It would be good if you could explain to us what the crime of speculation is and what does cautiously seized mean as compared to just seized. All in all a complete waste of my time reading this article

Really guys; I'm with Gerard and probably othrts. As well i've been reading here for 18 months and you have done this many times before. Any complete article explains the headline and body; we are not mind readers. now we have to go to Siri to figure out what speculation is and even she only offers the explanation "financial risk!" So what did we just read about guys? You owe us an explanation or we'll go to the other online news outlet.

Come on guys, a little journalism here, reposting press statements like this with no clarification of the terms is poor reporting, it would take you only a few minutes to clarify these terms.

The Banner on the Portugal News should be yellow not red as 'yellow Journalism' as it fits a term used by Americans for newspapers that present little or no legitimate, well-researched news while instead using eye-catching headlines for increased sales. Techniques may include exaggerations of news events, scandal-mongering, or sensationalism.
