According to the market supervisor, the amount invested in FIIs decreased by 0.03% to 8,761.3 million euros. The same did not happen in the case of FEII and FUNGEPI, with the value having grown by 2% and 0.2%, to 3,312.2 million euros and 266.5 million euros, respectively.
“During the period under review, the countries of the European Union (EU) were the destination of all investment made in real estate assets, with 47.9% of the open FII and FEII portfolio being invested in properties in the services sector. Investments made by FUNGEPI were also directed, above all, to the services sector (36.2%)”, reads the CMVM note.
