The orange warning is issued by IPMA whenever there is a "moderate to high-risk meteorological situation" and the yellow warning when there is a risk situation for certain activities dependent on the meteorological situation.

The IPMA predicts generally very cloudy skies on the continent today, especially high clouds, the possibility of showers and thunderstorms starting in the afternoon in the central and southern regions, and generally weak wind and mist or morning fog in some places in the northern regions. and center.
