The Public Security Police (PSP) has decided to use the supermarket meetups to alert citizens to the need to drive with "caution", respecting "speed limits" and using "safety devices".
"Whether on the public highway or in the supermarket aisle, drive with caution, respect speed limits and use safety devices", warned the PSP in a post on social media showing a picture of a supermarket trolley with an upside-down pineapple.

The fruit, it should be noted, is part of the new trend for finding love in Mercadona supermarkets in Spain. To do this, you just have to carry an upside-down pineapple in your shopping cart and, if you see someone else also with an upside-down pineapple, you just have to bump the carts together to start the conversation.
