"We inform you that, due to a strike called by the SFRCI union, for the period between 00:00 on the 21st of July and 23:59 on the 6th of August 2023, disturbances in rail traffic are expected, in all services, with a possible impact on the day following the strike period, on the 7th of August".

The carrier recalls that for the days between July 31 and August 6, 2023, minimum services were defined for long-haul and regional trains.

"To obtain information on the status of train circulation, please consult: Service Line (808 109 110 – the cost of a call to the national fixed network)", recommends CP.

"For customers who already have tickets purchased to travel on Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Internacional, InterRegional and Regional trains, CP will allow a refund, for the full amount of the ticket purchased, or its free exchange to another train of the same category and in the same class", it can be read.

The refund or exchange, explains the company, can be made in myCP in the 'Your tickets' area (for tickets purchased in the Online Ticket Office and CP App) up to 15 minutes before the departure of the train from the customer's station of origin, or at the ticket offices.
