The forecasts from the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) indicate a slight rise in temperature, but periods of light rainfall are expected in the North of the country.
For Saturday, September 7, "partly cloudy or clear skies are expected, with periods of more cloudiness in the North and Centre and with the occurrence of light rainfall" in the North, and a "slight rise in temperature" is recorded in the North and Centre regions of the country.
And the same is expected on Sunday, September 8. According to the IPMA, you can expect "a possibility of light rainfall on the coast of the northern region", "fog or morning fog in some coastal areas" and also a "small rise in maximum temperatures" in the northern and central areas of mainland Portugal.
Minimum temperatures will be below 10ºC in several districts, such as Braga, Bragança and Guarda, but maximum temperatures could reach 28ºC on both days in Évora, Beja and Faro.
In Ponta Delgada, in the Azores, the minimum temperature is 20ºC and the maximum is 26ºC, while in Funchal, Madeira, the minimum temperature is 19ºC and the maximum is 26ºC.
