According to an official source from the Ministry of Finance, Medina is expected to present a fiscally "simple" budget with "direct" effects, with a focus on reducing the tax in question in the first five brackets, with the aim of "relieving" families.

The nine levels will be updated at a rate of 3%, while on the rate side, the update will be made in a range between 1.25 and 3.5 percentage points, but only up to the fifth level, for taxpayers who earn income per year up to 26,355 euros.

Among other measures that should also be included in the budget proposal for next year are changes to the IRS Jovem regime, providing that they do not pay any tax on income from their first year of work.
